Completed in 2020 by WEE, El Segundo transformed 1,310 square feet at 5740 Teredo Street into a vibrant restaurant and social space.
Designed with a mezzanine and modern interior finishes, the project added new washrooms and custom partitions while re-imagining the downtown location as a cornerstone of Sechelt’s dining scene.

Western Element Engineering partnered with Spani Developments to provide the electrical design that powers this vision. Our scope included planning electrical revisions for the kitchen, bar, and mezzanine areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and adaptable systems. The result is a restaurant that delivers atmosphere and reliability — supporting both the developer’s vision and the operator’s day-to-day needs.
