Completed in 2020, Twenty Two Taphouse transformed a 37,500 sq.ft. site at 5772 Teredo Street into a vibrant restaurant and gathering space for the Sunshine Coast.
WEE partnered with Spani Developments to provide the electrical design supporting this vision. Our scope included new tenant power distribution, integrated lighting design, and fire alarm upgrades. With a welcoming courtyard entry, new dining areas, and upgraded interiors, the project reimagined an existing structure into a landmark destination at the heart of downtown Sechelt.

The result is a restaurant that combines character and functionality, ensuring reliable operations for the developer and an exceptional experience for guests.
