Developed for the Pender Harbour Seniors Housing Society, Lily Lake Place provides much-needed affordable and supportive housing for seniors in Madeira Park.
The multi-storey development at 12730 Lagoon Road includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, along with amenity spaces designed to foster community. WEE supported the project electrical design tailored to BC Housing standards. Our scope included power distribution, efficient lighting, life safety systems, and provisions for accessibility.
The result is a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for residents, aligned with the project’s long-term community mission.
