A landmark mixed-use development bringing new housing, workspace, and industrial capacity to the Sunshine Coast. Located in Gibsons, Venture Industrial Village delivers over 104,000 sq.ft. of residential, commercial, and light-industrial space across three buildings.
The project introduces a contemporary model of flexible live/work housing alongside adaptable industrial bays and apartment units expanding local capacity for both employment and residential growth within a rapidly developing community. WEE provided the full electrical design for this multi-building development. Our scope encompassed power distribution, lighting systems, life-safety, and detailed coordination with mechanical and civil infrastructure.
