New affordable rental homes bringing stability and opportunity to the Sunshine Coast community.
The Shaw Road Affordable Housing Project delivers much-needed rental homes to Gibsons. Phase 1 opened in 2024 and introduced 40 units, including accessible and adaptable suites for seniors, families, and individuals. A second building adding a childcare centre, extending support to working families and contributing to long-term community resilience.

Our involvement reflects a commitment to supporting sustainable housing solutions in small communities. A meaningful contribution helping Gibsons grow with dignity, inclusivity, and long-term stability.
